We are looking for a Technical Project Manager at our Massy site, to support our rapid growth.
Attached to the Technology Team, a Technical Project Manager is accountable for successfully planning, coordinating and executing the propulsion internal development projects & will be in charge of managing the technical development of our propulsion products from design to industrialisation.
This role requires strong technical expertise and important project management skills to effectively lead internal product development projects, ensuring they meet organisational goals and client expectations.
The role has Operational Management responsibilities (oversee a team of technical designers and industrial engineers and will interact with Product team and system engineering team).
The specifications of the role will vary depending on the project but there are many general tasks that a Technical Project Manager tends to be responsible for:
π Oversee the execution of multiple internal development projects, ensuring they adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
π Coordinate internal and external equipment to support project objectives.
π Develop and manage program budget, ensuring all projects are delivered within financial constraints without compromising quality.
π Guide project teams to ensure technical solutions meet project requirements and industry standards.
π Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and uncertainties.
Preferred Experience πββοΈ
π Previous experience in managing technical projects.
π Previous hands-on experience one of the following disciplines : mechanical, thermal, electronics, fluidics or plasma.
π Experience in managing internal development projects is considered a plus.
π Experience in electric propulsion or space hardware is considered an asset.
πAt least, 5 years of experience in project management
π Rigorous and structured.
π Strong planification skills.
π High degree of autonomy.
π Strong communication skills.
