Within the frame of our fast-growing Industrial Project development and implementation of our future factory, we are looking for a Methods Team Leader on our site of Massy (91).
Position Overview:
As a Methods Processes Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 Methods Engineers and technicians to define, implement and qualify manufacturing processes, ensuring production capability (repeatability and reproducibility) and enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role combines expertise in process design, qualification and production operation improvements.
Your main tasks will be
1.Team Leadership: lead, develop and improve Methods team performance, skills and potential.
2.Manage Methods team activities in terms of planning, workload and priorities in line with Industrial needs and requirements.
3.Work closely with project teams to define and implement products manufacturing processes. Verify and validate processes to ensure production capability. Lead process risks analysis and quality control plans with Industrialization team (PFMEA, control plan).
4.Lead and coordinate all process qualification activities including validation plans, protocols, reports and data analysis.
5.Define and Implement machinery, tools, workstations and associated manufacturing files considering Safety rules, flow constraints, ergonomic and methods standards.
6.Train and support production teams during new products or process's introduction and production optimization.
7.Provide technical support in Production Non-conformity analysis. Lead initiatives to monitor process performance and optimize production and reduce production variability to meet internal and external requirements.
8.Continuously improve of production to optimize Safety, Quality, Lead Time and Cost indicators
Preferred Qualification and Experience 💁♀️
•Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or technical fields (mechanics, Electronics, robotics, fluidics…) .
•Minimum 8 years or experience in process Engineering, manufacturing methods or Industrial Engineering.
•Proven experience in a leadership role.
•Proven experience in defining and implementing processes on technical project that includes mechanics, electronics and/or fluidics specificities
Skills and competencies 💁♀️
•Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing process design, process control and optimization methodologies.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
•Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to work and manage a team in a multiple projects and fast-paced environment
•Excellent communication and teamwork competencies
•Proficiency with PLM and ERP systems
•Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
•Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies is a plus.
•Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools is a plus.
•Upper intermediate technical level in English and French
