What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams to successfully deliver new products or enhance existing services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and implement comprehensive division roadmaps, detailing project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to guide the team's efforts
  • Assess and identify the necessary resources for each project, define critical roles, and assign team members to key responsibilities to ensure smooth execution
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, with a focus on maintaining scope, adhering to schedules, and monitoring budget and spending to avoid overruns
  • Facilitate and organize cross-functional activities, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget constraints, meeting the defined objectives
  • Apply technical expertise to effectively manage overall project responsibilities, providing insight and direction to ensure successful project outcomes

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen  
  • 8+ years of relevant IT experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (Information Technology/Security, Computer Science/Engineering preferred); Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively present material to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Have the ability to learn quickly and manage new software tools that interact with all users within the enterprise
  • Successful experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to understand granular details

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong project management acumen
  • Strong ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges 
  • Experience analyzing business or technical problems and proposing and implementing solutions 
  • Knowledge of networks, operating systems, applications, cloud services, zero trust architecture
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and various compliance requirements; including: ISO27001, SOC2, NIST, CMMC. 
  • Certifications related to Project Management or Cybersecurity (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISA, CISM)

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$108,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually.


 

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
