What is the role?
ICEYE is seeking a Satellite Integration Team Lead to oversee the integration of approximately 20 satellites annually and lead a team of 8-9 engineers and technicians. In this role, you will manage daily operations, including coordinating, planning, problem-solving, and conducting daily stand-ups, to ensure seamless integration and improve business performance.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring key metrics, implementing improvement actions, managing integration schedules, identifying risks, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
Requirements
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- You will need the ability and experience for leading and managing a team of up to 8-9 employees
- You have extensive experience in leading the transformation to a lean integration line
- You have a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and your work is guided by their practical applications. You can provide numerous concrete examples of how lean manufacturing has influenced your methods and results
- To succeed in this role, you will need to effectively oversee the integration of satellites, the management of some non-conformance, ensuring that on-time delivery and quality targets are consistently met
- You possess extensive experience in quality management, You've witnessed the evolution from initial phase quality methodologies to a more refined and mature approach over time
- You have a track record of implementing changes in manufacturing processes and development. Ideally, you have also learned from past challenges. These changes may involve technical process improvements, organizational adjustments, and other initiatives to help us achieve our goals
- Monitor emerging technologies and plan for growth and long term success of the integrationÂ
- You are an adaptable communicator, capable of engaging effectively with both technicians and C-level executives. You are comfortable discussing integration updates and process improvements at all organizational levels
