Position Purpose: The Sr. Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for open positions, collaborating with hiring managers to find and hire the best candidates.
Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter
Position Type: Full Time (Exempt)
Pay Range: $75,000-$150,000
(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, source qualified candidates, and fill staffing requirements in a timely manner
- Work independently providing full cycle recruitment support on requisitions
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to pipeline a diverse pool of candidates for each job opportunity, including a variety of electronic media and social networking
- Represent Company at local and national career fairs including college, military, diversity, and clearance events
- Effectively utilize the hiring processes, understand behavioral-based interviewing, ensuring appropriate audit trail
- Determines employment applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Research and gather data and networks with new recruitment resources, such as job fairs, websites and organizations and tracks sources for successful recruitment
- Direct departments, divisions and hiring managers with employee recruitment and selection process. Ensures compliance with state/federal/local regulations are followed and ensures proper selection process is adhered to
- Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected
- Identify appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
- Connect qualified candidates with hiring
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their

Required Qualifications/Education:
- Three (3) or more years of senior level technical recruiting experience
- Experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use and manage the applicant tracking system
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides evidence that the applicant possesses the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related
- Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education
Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment, but in a manufacturing company. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines. BCT anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted. However, factors such as candidate flow and business necessity may require BCT to shorten or extend the application window.
