We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support various staff in the Human Resources department.  An HR Coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with exceptional organizational and time management skills.  We are looking for someone with great administrative skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast growing, ever-changing environment.  To be successful, this position should display strong problem-solving skills with a good understanding of employee relationships and have the ability to wear many hats throughout a workday. This is an on-site position in our Greenwood Village, CO office. 

Responsibilities:
  • Fosters teamwork attitude within the human resources department; able to assist on projects involving general administration, trainings, recruiting, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Assists with varying HR administrative inquiries including but not limited to the corporate Uber account, new hire orientation, candidate status, and company events/activities.
  • Oversees internal HR processes such as offer letters, referral bonus program, signing bonus program, relocation program and coordinates all timing requirements for each.
  • Ensures internal HR calendar is updated regularly for tracking various programs and processes.
  • Assists with New Hire Orientation requiring collaborating with administration, IT, payroll, and the recruitment department.
  • Assists internal recruiter with administrative duties.
  • Assists benefits department as needed with reporting and data entry requirements.
  • Responsible for editing and maintaining all company job descriptions.
  • Maintains all HR records in accordance with document control procedures and security requirements.
  • Facilitate and create a culture of collaboration across entire organization; provide employee support as needed.
  • Supports EEO and diversity initiatives.
  • Help organize and manage group knowledge, processes, and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years related administration experience required.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Exposure to labor law and employment regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly computer literate with preferred experience in MS Office Suite and related business and communication tools.
  • Works well under pressure, meets tight deadlines, excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
