About the Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your skills in a meaningful work environment that supports and protects explorers and heroes? Join our team! As an Accounts Payable II, you will reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies. You will be responsible for accurate coding, verification, and electronic entry of Accounts Payable data into an Automated Accounting System. Reconciliation of freight invoices to shipping database. You will perform research as requested by internal/external auditors and PMs. And you will maintain back-end scanning and record retention.

Must Haves:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience

• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

• Proficiency with Automated Accounting Systems• Analytical abilities, time management, organizational and communication skills are essential

Preferred:
• Knowledge of Sales and Use Tax requirements

Physical/Mental/Emotional Requirements:
Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps
Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity
Rarely lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs.

Working Conditions:

Rarely exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials
Rarely exposed to loud noises
