We are looking for a passionate People Operations Manager to join our HR team and drive innovation in HR processes. In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring our HR operations run seamlessly, empowering our team, and shaping an exceptional workplace culture

📌 Drive the HR Operations including everything back office related from hiring to exit, this includes mainly the contractual aspects, pay and benefits via Payfit currently (pay preparation and production), the various compliance obligations (tax contributions etc) as well as the necessary exit elements.

📌 Optimize HR Operations: Lead the streamlining and automation of HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Your expertise will help us scale our operations smoothly as we grow.

📌 Empower Employees: Be the go-to person for all HR-related inquiries. You'll play a critical role in onboarding, employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment where our team can thrive.

📌 Innovate with Data: Use cutting-edge HRIS tools to manage employee data, payroll, and benefits. You'll leverage data analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions.

📌 Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of the curve with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all HR policies are up-to-date and compliant.

📌 Drive Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Your work will help cultivate a culture where employees feel valued and motivated.

📌 Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leaders across the organization to align HR initiatives with business goals. You'll be a key player in our strategic planning efforts.


Preferred Experience 💁‍♀️

  • You have 7+ years in HR operations with a solid understanding of HR systems, administrative and payroll. You're detail-oriented and problem-solving expert.
  • You’re excited about creating an outstanding workplace and are always looking for ways to improve processes.
  • You excel in communicating HR policies and initiatives, and you work well with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • You believe in making decisions based on data and have experience with HR analytics.
