The Human Resources team at Latitude has recently grown and continues to structure itself while supporting managers and operational teams in their growth objectives. As part of the implementation of several HR processes and development projects, the HR department is looking for an intern to collaborate on the compliance and structuring of the company’s HR processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

Tasks and missions

- Draft and update departmental documentation (employer unilateral declarations (DUE), internal regulations, etc.) in relation to ongoing HR projects;

- Update the GDPR register for the HR department;

- Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring (specifically the metallurgy sector collective agreement);

- Organize and assist in the preparation of meetings with the Works Council (CSE) and the professional elections.

In addition to these primarily legal and regulatory tasks, you will also take part in managing various ongoing projects within the HR team, depending on your interests and preferences (e.g., implementing a mentoring/coaching program, initiatives promoting professional equality, etc.).

Preferred experience and skills

- Education: student in French labor law or human resources with a specialization in labor law, ideally in the first or second year of a Master's degree.

- Technical skills: knowledge of French labor law, excellent writing skills

- Soft skills: the ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical and synthesis skills.
