About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support team member benefits administration throughout the employment life cycle as well as assisting during annual enrollment

  • Control detailed and sensitive benefit information and responsible for reviewing data for accuracy and completion

  • Support team members across multiple states and work as the liaison between insurance company representatives and team members which involves researching both team member and provider issues

  • Assist with the reconciliation of carrier/vendor invoicing, ongoing reporting, and compliance requirements

  • Assist with leave of absence requests/administration to include FMLA and ADA as well as general 401(k) Plan questions

  • Present benefit plan information in new team member orientation and as needed across the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 0 - 2 years or more of related work experience

  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

  • Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of required education

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in one or more - HR, Benefits, Retirement Plans, Leave Administration, ADA or related work

  • Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience with Workday HR management system

  • Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures

Sierra Space offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position. 
 
We also offer a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 8%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:

$59,935.70 - $82,411.59
