Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for teaching and mentoring others. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the technical skills of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for employees and clients.
  • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Perform Process Audits and assess training needs.
  • Customize programs to meet specific requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role (3+ years)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
