Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking Staff Agile Coach – 12387-1. This position will be located in Huntsville, Alabama or Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel Program.

Leads programs or organizations in their adoption of Agile practices. Provides best practices, process tailoring, training, and team and leadership coaching to enable effective Agile execution. Supports proposal development, risk management, release management, and project planning activities. Assists in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving standard Agile training, practices, policies, and procedures across operations and development lifecycles. This job code is intended for use for those performing Agile duties full time.

Serves as organization spokesperson on advanced projects and/or programs. Acts as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Job Qualifications:

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

· 12 Years with Bachelor’s in relevant field of study, 10 Years with Masters, 08 Years with PhD or 04 additional years in lieu of a degree.

· Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years.

· At least 3 years of execution in an Agile team/battle rhythm and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

· At least 3 years Scrum Master experience for a high-performing agile team

· At least 3 years' experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Teams, SharePoint and Project Management Software: Jira.

· At least 1 year of Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) /Agile Coach supporting an Agile Release Train (ART)

· Certified SAFe SPC

· Proven ability as an Agile trainer, Agile Coach, to problem solve and/or conflict resolution within an Agile Team.

· The ability to manage communications with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that program information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets program stakeholder needs.

· Ability to improve processes and drive cadence of the team’s execution and demonstration events

· Proficiency with MS Office applications DoD 8570/8140 IAT level 2 or above certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months from the date of hire.

Salary Range: $147,700.00 - $221,500.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
