1.   Fix custom metric templates - ours are legacy, refactor into standard and give them proper priorities
2.   Reducing use of cold storage
a.   Performance analysis of audit data
b.   Determine if certain teams would benefit from moving from cold to hot/frozen storage
c.   Make actual changes based on 3b determination
3.   Perform an audit of our index template mappings
4.   Refactor our alerting framework
a.   Audit and suggest better things to alert on
b.   Connect alerts to PagerDuty+Email instead of Element (team-specific implementation of Slack)
i.   Some are there but not consistent
5.   Consumption framework
a.   Deploy into a helm framework
b.   Assignment here only if they have the helm skills
6.   Logstash revamp
7.   Add RALLY benchmarking
