Position Description:

The Senior Finance Analyst will work in the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and be a key part of building the strategic Finance practice and influencing value creation across the Company.  This role will be responsible for preparing reporting and aiding in budget management.  This role is critical to executing key finance processes and supporting leadership in making informative financial decisions.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement best-in-class FP&A resources and processes across the enterprise.
• Perform variance analysis on forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses.
• Define and report on key business metrics, analyzing trends to drive strategic insights.
• Prepare actionable commentary, analysis, and presentations for financial review meetings.
• Support ad hoc projects and executive-level analysis for senior management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required
• Excellent Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills are required
• Experience with ERP Systems, such as NetSuite, is required
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including cash flow.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise in a corporate finance setting, including forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and valuation methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite required).
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, VBA, or Python for automation and reporting.
• Strong aptitude for leveraging technology to improve financial functions and business practices.

Preferences:

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000/year
