We’re looking to expand our team across the board.

We are looking for an IT Lead to help oversee the IT helpdesk department, manage day-to-day technology operations, and ensure the organization’s IT systems are secure, functional, and optimized. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to meet the company’s technology needs.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate and prioritize IT tasks and projects to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff members and end-users.
Network Security & Data Protection:
- Monitor and maintain security systems, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and encryption tools.
- Implement strategies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Perform regular security assessments and implement disaster recovery plans.
Troubleshooting & Support:
- Resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Act as the point of escalation for complex technical problems.
- Provide technical assistance and training to staff as needed.
IT Strategy & Budgeting:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Maintain helpdesk SLA’s and deliverable timelines.
- Manage the IT budget and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers and technology vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet service-level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Lead or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with cloud computing, server management, and network configurations.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with IT budgeting and resource allocation.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with different departments.
