Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC30-A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset, and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise. 

 

Your Role 

As our Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for the training delivery of GSE/S&TE training along with a suite of Aircraft Maintenance training to support for the KC-30A platform and its operational maintenance staff. You will also 

  • Collect, draft and distribute required documentation for training provision and evaluation. 

  • Maintain, review and modify KC-30A Training Materials 

  • Monitor and update Training Records for KC-30A internal and external customers, Ensuring ongoing process compliance 

  • Maintain professional level of knowledge that maintains technical expertise for KC-30A suite of  
    courses 

About You 

As an experienced Technical Professional, you will have working knowledge of the KC-30A systems and the requirements around supporting it’s capabilities. You will also: 

  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent qualification 

  • Certificate IV Aeroskills (Avioincs) 

  • Be able to obtain Engineering and Release Authority  

  • A330 or KC-30A Maintenance or Flight Line experience
