Day-to-Day with your Colleagues:

• Develop migration project proposals with a clear plan of action, level of effort estimate, and delivery timeline
• Work with analysts to plan, prioritize and execute data discovery and integration
• Work with developers to plan and execute agile development sprints
• Provide input on network design and implementation plans
• Help establish configuration management system(s)
• Develop strategic working relationship with partner offices and components
• Engage with team on project execution
• Create and deliver program and project artifacts and deliverables
• Support customer and program strategic and tactical planning activities
• Help to execute the customer’s technological strategic vision
• Help document and transition security plans for new and/or legacy systems

Minimum Requirements:

• US Citizen with active/current TS/SCI security clearance with required Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Geography etc.  4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Experience with accreditation requirements and standards including creation of required documentation
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience.
• Experience using software development project management software, specifically JIRA

Desired Skills:

• Ability to identify technology gaps in current capabilities and processes
• Knowledge of cloud migration approaches and patterns
• Experience with AWS cloud services or cloud native application development processes
• Experience with JIRA and/or Confluence
• Familiarity with agile development
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community data
• Familiarity with geospatial tools and applications
• Experience supporting enterprise applications
• Experience or knowledge of the Sponsor’s Analysis mission needs and operations
• Experience working with the Sponsor’s Project Management framework

● The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $131,000.00 - $219,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
