DATA.AIR Proposal Coordinator


GHGSat offers greenhouse gas detection, measurement, and monitoring services to industrial and government customers around the world. The company uses its own satellites and aircraft sensors, combined with third-party data, to help industrial emitters better understand, control, and reduce their emissions.


As GHGSat continues its journey to build the world's leading geospatial atmospheric data platform, we are seekinga Proposal Coordinator for our aircraft derived methane monitoring products. These products help companies across commercial sectors identify and analyze methane gas emissions helping them proactively mitigate and manage the risk of loss of their valuable product.


We are seeking a highly motivated Proposal Coordinator to help draft proposals to specific customer requests. As the Proposal Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director, Airborne Services while working in close collaboration with Airborne Operations team and the Sales team. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed and detail-oriented professional who can take ownership, manage multiple proposals simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft proposals to specific customer requests, including internal analysis required to support each proposal, in close collaboration with Airborne Operations team and the Sales team.
  • Coordinate the review and approval of proposals by management.
  • Support lead generation to help fill the pipeline for the Sales Team.
  • Use Salesforce to support the internal sales team and management reporting.
  • Maintain standardized tools, templates and processes to support proposal activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in written English, with strong writing skills.
  • Excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant roles.
  • Ability to work both autonomously with minimum direction and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications (Desired):

  • Ability to work with team of highly qualified technical experts.
  • Interest in scientific analysis, in atmospheric sciences, in remote sensing systems, and in space.


Location: GHGSat’s Calgary/London office.
