Summary
 
We are seeking an experienced, Sr. Level Process and Data Analyst (Willing to Consider All Sr. Levels). You will be part of our Goleta, CA Space Systems team and will have strong functional-technical skills and knowledge of the business processes, applications and data typically found within a specialist and technical product manufacturing business within a regulated industry and public company.
 
Redwire is currently implementing an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application that will provide solutions for project management, finance, compliance, supply chain, manufacturing and quality management.
This role requires a combination of process and technical expertise along with strong organizational and time management skills to identify improvement opportunities and implement technical solutions in areas adjacent to the ERP application as well as assist with data and process flows within, upstream and downstream from the ERP.
The position holder will also act as a business readiness owner working across all functional areas to enable the ERP implementation at Goleta to be successful. This requires the communication of process, technology dataflow and work activity changes to ensure successful adoption.
This role requires working with many teams, prioritizing opportunities and developing solutions.
As a US public company with the US government as a customer there are many specific requirements for financial reporting, compliance and security.
 
 
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the data and business processes at Goleta across all functional areas within ERP scope and beyond into adjacent application areas.
  • Manage and maintaining legacy applications used for supply chain and manufacturing providing data extracts, specialized reports and analytics as needed.
  • Extract and combine data from a range of new, old and in-transition applications to generate reports, business insights and new knowledge repositories.
  • Provide local application maintenance and training services.
  • Identify opportunities and develop bespoke and local technical solutions for knowledge management, paperless manufacturing, CAD-to-CAM and other improvements.
  • Be a local point of contact for assisting users with ‘how to do’ questions, training needs, reporting needs, technical issues and new enhancement ideas.
  • Assist with all phases of the ERP solution development life cycle (SDLC), including design, testing, data migration, go-live and post go-live support.
  • Act as the Business Readiness Owner ensuring the Goleta team is prepared and positioned to take advantage and extract value from an integrated ERP application solution.
  • Create, update and maintain relevant policies, procedures, forms and other controlled documents impacted by business process changes related to the implementation of the ERP.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and communicate business process and functional needs within the ERP ecosystem.
  • Provide continuous training and technical support during go-live, for new employee onboarding and as the ERP application solution matures.
  • Perform the business readiness activities associated with organization change management (OCM), including face-to-face communication of impactful changes.
  • Be a champion for integrated processes, streamlined data flows and value creation.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
 
Ideal Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Scientific Area, Computer Science or a relevant field. With a minimum of 5 or more years of experience. We are willing to consider related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience developing application solutions and successfully implementing.
  • Experience with developing and executing project plans.
  • Enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation experience.
  • Experience with solution development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Experience working with large application implementation teams.
  • Experience working in a US public company and familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and with US government contracting requirements.
 
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of ERP applications with Deltek specific (Costpoint & TIP) an advantage
  • Experience collaborating across business functions and leading / influencing business process change.
  • Experienced with organizational change management associated with application implementations.
  • Experience and skilled at data extraction, manipulation and analytics across disparate applications and data systems.
  • Experienced at reviewing, creating, and implementing organizational policies and procedures.

Pay Range
$130.000 - $170,000

How We Determine What We Pay (Compensation Philosophy)
Redwire determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data, for our locations throughout the US. We will evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index, in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth.  Salaries will be based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
