System Engineer (m/f/d)

• Managing product-related technical activities across the company.
• Coordinate and lead the System Engineering activities within the project team.
• Oversee system design, integration, and verification, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.
• Lead system-level performance analysis and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on quality, cost, and schedule issues, collaborating with the Product Manager and Project Manager to implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports on technical milestones, deviations, and risks.
• Participate in project planning and forecasting, ensuring resource allocation and schedules align with technical needs.
• Implement and optimize technical processes and best practices within the engineering and development teams.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ of practical experience in the relevant field, proven experience in system engineering within a complex project environment.
• Strong background in system integration, performance analysis, and technical problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project milestones in a fast-paced environment.
• You enjoy working in an innovative, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
• Good written and spoken English and/or German communication skills.
