Project Manager (m/f/d)

• Oversee the planning and execution of testing-related project components, ensuring they align with overall project goals and timelines.

• Work with team leads to ensure optimal allocation of personnel, tools, and time across multiple projects.

• Develop and monitor schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.

• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, methods, and documentation to align with industry best practices.

• Liaise with team members and stakeholders to align testing strategies with project objectives and customer requirements.

• Organize, moderate, and participate in project reviews to identify improvement opportunities and promote accountability.    

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience managing technical projects, with strong skills in resource planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management.   
• A track record of driving improvements.  
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to bring diverse teams together to achieve common goals.   
• Willingness to step into technical or operational tasks to support the team and ensure project success.
• You enjoy working in an innovative, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
• Good written and spoken English and/or German communication skills.
