This person will work with Finance Management, Program Management, CAMs and Finance Analysts to ensure the program meets its financial commitments. This person will be responsible for loading and maintaining budgets in the Earned Value Management tool (COBRA). This person will utilize the Earned Value Management system to measure cost and schedule performance, and prepare variance reports on a monthly basis. This person will develop presentations for upper management on a weekly and monthly basis. This person will prepare Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEACs) and assist with proposal Basis of Estimates (BOEs)

Basic Qualifications:
~Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
~Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel. ~Experience baselining and/ or managing large budget
~Experience with COBRA or SAP
~EVM/ Earned Value Experience
~Effective analytical skills.
~Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired Skills:
~Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
~Experience working in a team environment.
~Experience with LM Space software
~Material/Supplier Knowledge
~Bachelor’s or Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or related field
~Experience baselining and managing large production and/or development contracts.
~Previous experience with detailed analysis of data.
~Experience with Integrated Master Schedules
~Ability to multi-task in high pressure environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
