We are on the hunt for a Project analyst, Layout on our satellite systems team at our Montreal office.

Role:
Coordinates office and common area layout projects for all MDA buildings in Montreal.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the drafting of project justification files.
- Prepare and write specifications for calls for tenders and analyze bids.
- Plan work with the operations team and various trades.
- Plan the project, prepare schedules, perform analysis and identify schedule risks.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are respected.
- Lead and organize project review and coordination meetings.
- Monitor contractors and assess work compliance and quality.
- Produce reports and follow-up tools.
Minimum qualifications required:
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in commercial/corporate development management;
- University degree in an appropriate or technical field in architecture or interior design, any other relevant training.
- Excellent budgeting and planning skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships quickly and solve complex problems;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software;
- Advanced interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in drawing and presentation software: Autocad, SketchUp, Revit (an asset);
- Bilingual (French/English);
Comments/Special Considerations :
Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
