What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Recruiter at Slingshot, you will contribute to one of the most important things at the company - building the best team in space, on earth. In addition to managing the full recruitment life-cycle across a variety of business areas, you’ll be responsible for integrating our employer brand into your recruitment process, coaching hiring managers and serving as a thought partner to them, and contributing to the evolution of our recruiting practices.

Position Responsibilities:
- Acts ethically, with integrity, and complies with legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation, and creativity
- Ability to articulate our business and technology to build relationships with active and passive candidates in the market
- Own the recruiting strategy and process for our non-technical roles, with the ability and willingness to pitch in everywhere as needed
- Weave our employer branding initiatives into everything you do – help tell our story and showcase why talented people should join our mission
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Slingshot’s culture and employee proposition in every interaction - from InMails to Interviews.
- Build and nurture a robust candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and relationship-building
- Create and optimize our recruiting playbook, from sourcing strategies to interview processes, ensuring we're moving quickly while maintaining high hiring standards
- Develop data-driven recruiting strategies and consistently track your metrics to continuously improve our hiring success
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in our hiring practices
- Perform other duties as assigned (to be less than 10% of your responsibilities)
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate Talent Acquisition, successfully attracting and onboarding talent in a highly competitive, high-growth environment
- Knowledge of specialized sourcing strategies to proactively develop candidate pipelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization and persuade and influence stakeholders
- A high degree of accuracy, care, and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- A “selling approach” to recruiting
- Experience leveraging equity compensation in candidate negotiations
- Experience navigating and developing ambiguous processes in an early-stage startup

Compensation: $120,000 - $170,000
