As part of the Electronic and Software Systems department of the company, you will be part of the Software team which missions are:

- Embedded software (like the flight program)

- Ground operational software (configuration and test management, realtime control command ..)

- Telemetry and analysis software

- Qualification test tools

Responsibilities

Tasks and missions

Internship subject: « Web interface development and backend development for a web-based tool ».

As part of this internship, you will develop a web-based configuration tool to modernize and replace an existing configuration database for an Ethernet-based network. A prototype tool was already created in-house, and this internship will build on that foundation to create a robust, fully operational version.

Key missions include:

  • Finalize the tool’s requirements in collaboration with end users
  • Develop a front end with essential features and a corresponding backend service, leveraging the existing prototype
  • Integrate the tool with other company systems
  • Use and refine, as needed, our internal deployment processes
  • Test and qualify the software to ensure reliability and functionality

During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in:

  • Software development and qualification processes
  • Functional requirements gathering and elaboration
  • Integrating software tools within a complex technical environment

Preferred experience and skills

  • Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Technical skills: Frontend and backend web development, database management
  • Soft skills: Teamwork, curiosity, and proactive learning
  • Bonus skills: Technical knowledge of: Python (Django framework), MySQL, and networking (Ethernet protocol stack)
