Job Description
In the context of increase of reception for manufacturing and produced parts (more and more manufacturing parts received), we need to improve our capability for incoming goods receipt and support for defect analysis on manufacturing and produced parts.
Responsibilities
Tasks and missions
- Realize internal control/ measurement for manufacturing parts
- Control procedures redaction for measurement
- Statistic on measurement /Help on analysis of defect
- May realize easy program on MMT
- Calculation of incertitude/ capability
What you will learn during this internship:
- Implement and document measurement protocols.
- Analyze defects to help improve the quality of received and in-house produced parts.
- Operate the CMM for basic inspections
Preferred experience and skills
- Education: student in a Physical Measurements program (2ND year BUT Mesures Physiques or equivalent)
- Technical skills: Proficiency with basic inspection tools, ability to develop and implement measurement protocols, measurement analysis, and technical drawing interpretation
- Soft skills: Teamwork in multidisciplinary settings, strong listening skills, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and self-motivation
