Description:This position requires TS/SCI clearance.
The Personnel Security Representative responsibilities include:
- Performs in individual and team roles while processing program nominations for Non-DoD SCI, SAP, and DoD SCI programs.
- Interact with customer points of contacts and internal program management to obtain approved to brief status for program nominees.
- Process and submit foreign travel via Traveler's Suitcase/ISTART applications for Non-DoD SCI, SAP, and DoD SCI customers.
- Field questions from internal and external stakeholders regarding reportable information requirements, program nomination status, Request for Access (RFA), guidance on clearance processes.
- Develops and implements security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with policies.
- Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs.
Develops and conducts security education classes.
- Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business opportunities, and communicates observations and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Knowledge of DoD and IC Customers.
- Knowledge of customer personnel security instructions and guidelines.
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of personnel security, program protection, security policies and directives.
- Experience in clearance processing and coordination with government customers, use of government clearance databases, understanding personnel security processes, security pre-screening and qualifications for DoD and/or Non-DoD SCI clearance submittal.
- Good working knowledge of the DoD security policy, adjudicative guidelines and DISS.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $67,200 - $128,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateโs final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
