Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Program Manager to support the implementation of the THAAD PAC-3 Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) Integration program.
The Upper Tier Integrated and Air Missile Defense (UTIAMD) THAAD Development Program Area is responsible for the implementation of THAAD Weapon System and Component design, development, integration, and test. Development efforts include, but are not limited to, development of new Weapon System capabilities, hardware redesigns and changes due to obsolescence, cost reduction initiatives, technology insertion, and threat based performance enhancements.

This position will work closely with the THAAD PAC-3 MSE Integration Program Manager to ensure the PAC-3 MSE Component program's success and will be responsible for assisting in the overall direction of the program, including technical, financial, and scheduling aspects.

The ideal candidate will have a excellent technical background, with experience in program management, engineering, or a related field. They will have demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills and have experience in Cost Account Management. Knowledge of the THAAD Weapon System is highly desired. You will be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, and able to travel as required.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Program Manager in the overall ownership of the PAC-3 MSE Integration Development program
• Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and financial plans
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and deliverables
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other program teams
• Occasionally provide program status reports to functional and program management
• Occasional travel to Grand Prairie, TX may be required
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related technical field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in Cost Account Management (CAM)
• Ability to work in an exciting and dynamic environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Final Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience working as a part of a distributed team, preferably performing product or system development
• Demonstrated knowledge of the THAAD Weapon System
• Risk and Opportunity Management experience
• DOD Secret Clearance
• Experience working with the Missile Defense Agency, US Army or Department of Defense or equivalent complex, multi-tiered customer organization
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
