$70-80k per annum, with full benefits including: 401k match, a sliding PTO scale from 15-25 based on background, health care, 11 paid holidays and more.  This role is open to a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:  

• Manage Account Payable data entry process in Costpoint accounting system
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices for accuracy, compliance, and correct coding.
• Monitor costs, analyze variances, and ensure accurate financial data.
• Assist in generating ad-hoc financial reports for project management and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with the STS team to ensure alignment on budgetary and financial goals.
• Provide support during audits and government reporting activities.

Qualifications:   

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of DCAA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Preferred background in government contracts or space-related financial management.
• Proficiency in using Cost Point or similar accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
