About the Role

Capella Space is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our Customer Engagement team. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in optimizing our sales process, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the Manager of Customer Success. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, possessing a keen eye for details and a strong understanding of sales operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and streamline sales operations processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Support sales teams with pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports and dashboards to assist management in decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain sales operations system updates & bug-fixes.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to sales operations procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or similar roles.
  • Salesforce administrator proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Compensation 

The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $84,708.00 - $112,238.00.  The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.  Benefits listed in this posting may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Capella Space.
