About the Role

At Capella Space, the Partner Manager within our Customer Success team will play a pivotal role in building strategic relationships with partners to enhance our customer satisfaction and success. This position focuses on fostering strong business relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing partner engagements, and ensuring that our solutions meet customer needs effectively. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless delivery of services and products, aiming to boost company growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  •  Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions to partners.
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships to expand business and improve customer success.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with partners to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align our partnership strategies with overall business goals.
  • Prepare reports on partner performance and return on investment.
  • Handle partner queries and resolve partner issues timely and effectively.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the industry trends to ensure we are positioned strategically.
  • Drive events and initiatives that promote collaborative use of our services.
  • Establish a predictable partner onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in managing customer/partner engagements successfully.
  • Experience with partnership software tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to present strategic insights.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation 

The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $88,200.00 - $116,800.00.  The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.  Benefits listed in this posting may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Capella Space.
