Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Summer 2025 Intern to support the program relations and engagement team. In this role, you will You will support the FBM program by:

-By providing a flawless FBM experience to new employees.
-Instilling FBM culture across our locations
-By creating and updating FBM business rhythms, calendars and meeting notices. Creating organized folders in Livelink, and assisting with chart-review wall walks.
-making arrangements for meetings encompassing all meeting logistics both locally and at the remote locations
-By performing as a generalist in a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, and/or Traffic
-By assisting with budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as needed

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Program Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) to include the creation and manipulation of data
• Basic project management skills - outline timelines, status achievements, identify landmarks etc.
• Experience in planning and organizing large meetings
• Experience as office manager or other office administration functions, etc.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Business Rhythm creation and management experience
• Demonstrated strong commitment to mission success and ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
• Excellent presentation abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge/experience with the FBM program
• Knowledge and experience with use of Livelink and SharePoint
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
