Summary
Redwire is looking for a Human Resources Intern for the Summer of 2025. This is a temporary position within the HR department, responsible for performing administrative tasks and supporting daily activities. The selected candidate will assist in updating employee records, HR analytics, answering employee questions, and gaining exposure to various HR functions like employee relations, benefit management, and talent development. This role provides an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience and insights into HR operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc., refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Assist with development of HR analytics and reporting.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (Entering Junior or Senior year in undergrad).
- This is an on-site position in our office in Jacksonville, FL. Ability to support Office Hours of 8:00am –5:00pm EST, Monday - Friday is required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
