Lockheed Martin Space is looking for a Business Analyst to support the FBM program. Candidate will work in a team environment to deliver custom applications to meet our customers’ needs. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, customer engagement, and testing software solutions for our internal customers in the aerospace industry.

Core responsibilities include:
• Capable of building and maintaining strong business relationships
• Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment and be a strong team player
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong background on all aspects of the software development life cycle
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and prioritization skills
• Organizing and executing Integration Test and User Acceptance Test activities
• Providing the business with innovative solution to meet their current and future needs
• Working with the business to document and manage system issues
• Working with technical teams to provide business solution


This position requires U.S. citizenship and must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Capable of building and maintaining strong business relationships

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and prioritization skills

Desired Skills:
• Working Knowledge of Atlassian Toolset: Jira and Confluence
• Scrum Master Certified
• Product Owner Experience
• Working Knowledge of Project Management Principals
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
