Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Security Coordinator 4 to join our team of talented and diverse individuals supporting the Sentinel program at our Roy, UT location. The successful candidate will support the SAP industrial security PERSEC (personnel security) team.

Position Responsibilities

• Database entry and maintenance pertaining to personnel folders, classified safes, and other NISPOM compliance requirements.
• Supporting a fast-paced high-profile environment.
• Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets.
• Produces employee and guest badges, identification cards, and security reader cards.
• Processes security information and data for employment records, security clearances, and property control.
• Performs clearance verification, escorting, and access control activities in and around secure facilities.
• Manage secure conference room calendars and offer security support for meetings, order supplies, and complete all other administrative tasks as assigned.
• General Personnel Security duties: Personnel Security Questionnaires, Program Access Requests, etc.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience
• US Citizenship and an Active Secret Security Clearance
• Experienced with computers and desktop
• Experienced with Microsoft office software products (Word, Excel etc...)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM rule and DoDM 5205.07 V1-4 L
• Completed security training (ex. CDSE) is a plus
• Proficient with ESIS/SIMS.L Basic knowledge of access controls and security systems
• Working knowledge of the JADE database.
• Working knowledge and understanding of SAP PAR process desired
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service skills
• Should be organized and efficient at time management
• Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills and organizational skills enabling effective communications
• Ability to follow process and procedures.

Salary Range: $50,500.00 - $84,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
