What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Program Manager for People Operations and Development, you will be a key player in transforming our department’s capabilities and driving operational excellence. You will report directly to the VP of People.
Position Responsibilities:
- Executes all position responsibilities in alignment with Slingshot’s core values, mission, and purpose.
- Regularly communicate clear roles, goals and expectations for team members and stakeholders; promote a culture of feedback and accountability.
- Drive process design and automation initiatives, including tech stack consolidation and outsourcing.
- Manage and optimize compensation programs and total rewards offerings with an emphasis on strategic alignment to business objectives.
- Ensure ongoing employment compliance analysis across multi-state and international jurisdictions where Slingshot operates.
- Design and implement seamless, simple, scalable, and compelling employee experiences, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Lead strategic People initiatives, including headcount planning, engagement survey design and implementation, performance management cycles, compensation cycles, project management practices, and process documentation
- Develop and support internal learning and development initiatives like manager training, interviewer training, etc.
- Provide data-driven insights from engagement survey, performance management, hiring success, and HRIS data to inform decision-making across the People function.
- Collaborate with the VP of People to develop communications plans and execute short- and long-term People strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned (to be less than 10% of the responsibilities listed above)
Minimum Requirements
- Experience leading teams and implementing new People-focused initiatives in a hyperscale environment, preferably B2B SaaS.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing RFPs, implementations, rollbacks, and the administration of HRIS, ATS, Equity Management, Employee Engagement, and other People-team related software.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working with Federal Contractors is preferred

Compensation Details: $150,000 - $175,000/year
