Lockheed Martin Space in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a full-time Early Career System Integration & Test Engineer for Second Shift. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of creating test procedures and test plans. As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will plan and execute the integration and test program for a various SMD program by providing the program with key technical solutions.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:
•  Develop test procedure, test plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.
• Synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
• Review, evaluate and derive requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
• Coordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Perform analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system-level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. Candidate must have ability to obtain Interim Top Secret clearance prior to starting. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical or another related technical field from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of creating test procedures and test plans through coursework or experience.
• This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a US Top Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with board or box-level test planning, script creation, and test execution
• Experience with electronics integration and test
• Willing to occasionally work alternate shifts if needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
