We are a sleek and modern software development team building mission-critical applications with real-world impact for the Intelligence Community.  

We are seeking an an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our onsite agile teamIf you have some or all of the following skills and experience, we would love to talk with you 

   

Your Role 

  • Manage Kubernetes/OpenShift environment, resources and deployments across multiple networks and environments. 

  • Build, maintain and improve Helm charts and Jenkins pipelines for multiple enterprise mission critical applications across multiple domains 

  • Troubleshoot and debug production systems with the development team 

  • Manage AWS infrastructure, design and propose new cloud solutions and architectures 

  • Run and manage cybersecurity, code quality, and accreditation scans 

  • Assist with ATO Accreditation where needed 

  • Work with ISSO and dev team to fulfil accreditation requirements and achieve ATO 

  • Work with team for completion and compliance of security controls and STIGs 

  • Oversee and execute builds, deployments, packaging, integration, automation and releases  

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate system and environment performance and availability 

  

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Current/active TS/SCI with a current CI polygraph or be willing and able to obtain a CI polygraph. 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, e.g. Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent experience 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a DevSecOps, DevOps, or Production System Support role. 

  • Kubernetes and/or Openshift experience in production environments 

  • Docker and containerization expertise 

  • Helm / Helm Charts familiarity 

  • Experience creating and managing Jenkins builds and pipelines in development and production environments 

  • Git/Github/Gitlab familiarity as part of a CI/CD pipeline 

  • Tenacious troubleshooting, problem solving and error fixing mentality 

  • Strong Linux and bash scripting skills 

  • One or more build tools:  Maven, NPM, PIP, Make 

  • DoD 8570 IAT II and Privileged User Access requirements met (Security+, CySA+, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP),  or the ability to achieve within 30 days of hire 

  

Nice To have 

  • AWS Certification 

  • OpenShift, Kubernetes, and/or Docker certification 

  • Agile / Scrum experience 

  • Jira and confluence familiarity 

  • Java/Spring, Python, and Web Development familiarity 

  • Demonstrated DevSecOps team leadership 

 

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$131,000.00 - $219,000.00 annually.
