Our company is building a platform in space to benefit life on Earth and together we will alter the course of humanity.

We have a bold mission. We are a bold company. Together, we are an extraordinary team.

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will play a fundamental role in supporting our dynamic company in planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, international, and other applicable tax laws and regulations, as well as financial reporting for income taxes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate taxation and be well-versed in the complexities of accounting for income taxes under ASC 740. You will support direct and indirect taxes, including income, sales and use, property, and consumption-based taxes. You’ll actively monitor U.S., state, and international tax matters, track tax legislative and judicial actions, analyze potential impacts/benefits, and implement action plans for the Company. Your duties will also include analyzing tax ramifications of strategic initiatives or significant M&A transactions, performing technical review and research of complex tax return issues, and support of the design and execution of tax controls.
