Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly close journal entries in accordance with established close schedule.
• Prepare monthly or quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly or annual schedules to provide to Corporate (footnote or supplemental disclosures, fluctuation analysis, etc).
• Assist with financial statement, internal control and DCAA audits as needed.
• Special projects and analysis work as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting (journal entries, account reconciliations, monthly close)
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in accounting for publicly traded company
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint
• Detailed oriented and strong organization skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to handle fast-paced, changing environment

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$65,000.00 - $109,000.00 annually.
