We have an opening for an experienced Staff Systems Engineer to lead the Assembly Integration and Test (AI&T) effort for a production Space RADAR Payload program. This position is on-site in a program SCIF in Linthicum and Baltimore (BWI), Maryland.
Basic Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered.
Bachelors in STEM with 14 years of relevant experience; or Masters in STEM with 12 years.
RADAR Integration and Test experience.
People Leadership including planning, scheduling, and execution, staffing, setting expectations, tasking, and measuring and reporting progress.
Ability for some limited travel (less than 10% time) may be required to support payload delivery and AI&T efforts at the Space Vehicle Integrator's site and the launch sites.
Preferred Skills:
Space systems experience
Space Payload Integration and Test Experience
Electronically Scanned Array (ESA) Antenna experience
Cost Account Management experience
