In order to support our fast growth, we are looking for our future HR Manager!

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, your main responsibilities will be to:

πŸ“Œ Act as the interface regarding all HR issues for our teams based in Massy (91)

πŸ“Œ Organize the employees administrative onboarding and offboarding (documents, online accounts, workstations, occupational medicine, insurances, etc.),

πŸ“Œ Organize and update employees’ internal database (new hires, exits, etc.),

πŸ“Œ Respond to HR employees’ requests and prepare HR documents (work agreements, certificates, etc.),

πŸ“Œ Participate in the payroll preparation,

πŸ“Œ Participate in various HR and Office management projects.


    Preferred Experience πŸ’β€β™€οΈ

    You have a successful professional experience in HR administration (between 5 and 10 years), you are familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and you have a good level of English (read, spoken and written).

    You are able to work with a minimum of supervision, in a agile way.
    You are naturally enthusiastic, dynamic and rigorous. In addition to being organized, you know how to prioritize your tasks, you are detail-oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
