We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development operations and finance within aerospace and defense, will be passionate about growth, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and financial analysis. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support Business Development team operations with a focus on process implementation and refinement, team communication, budget management, and associated financial analytics to help inform and improve performance and market positions. 
  • Track, report on and drive key Business Development and organizational growth metrics associated with pipeline management, win/loss results, capture and proposal development best practice implementation and revenue/financial projections and results. 
  • Support and inform the New Business Capture Process and New Business Operations Reviews to enhance team performance, cross-functional collaboration and raise probability of wins. 
  • Support and inform proposal development and execution to enable high quality and compliant bids. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and upcoming opportunities within the relevant commercial and government market segments. 
  • Support other business development and strategy development activities as needed . 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, finance, engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Development, Operations or Finance role supporting business growth in relevant federal government sectors. 
  • Strong financial analysis skills. DoD budget analysis background is a plus.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $100,000 - $165,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary range for this role is intentionally wide as we are evaluating individuals based on their unique experience and abilities to fit our needs.
