The position requires a flexible work schedule driven by system and operational requirements and is located at a field site in Fort Belvoir, VA.
This position can be filled at a level 3 or 4
Job Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code (such as HTML, CGI, and Javascript) for a component of the website. Works with graphic designers and other members of a project team to develop the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website. Assists with interface implementation.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM discipline plus 5 years’ experience in electrical/computer/systems engineering, applied mathematics, computer science, physics; OR Master of Science Degree in a STEM discipline plus 3 years’ experience in electrical/computer/systems engineering, applied mathematics, computer science, physics.
- In support of continuous integration, utilize best practices writing and automating unit and integration tests providing verification of software
- Knowledge and experience in communications intelligence (COMINT), electronic intelligence (ELINT), and/or foreign instrumentation signals intelligence (FISINT) collection and processing
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following: signal applications, signal data processing, prototype development and supporting transition of prototype ops to limited and baseline ops
- Active, in scope DoD Top Secret Clearance / SCI Access with a counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.
