Within the frame of our fast activity growth and in the aim of the industrialization of our products and implementation of our future factory, we are looking for a senior industrialization engineer on our site of Massy (91).

Position Overview:

As an Industrialization Engineer, also known as a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring integration of industrial requirements into product design such as manufacturability, testability or costs targets. You will also be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and production flows to reach SQCDP objectives.

You will collaborate with various teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality to Streamline Processes and enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all industrial activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Manage industrial planning in line with project master schedule.
  • Define industrial strategy to reach production targets (make or buy, tests strategies, production flow..).
  • Ensure design for manufacturing and for tests in co-engineering with development teams. Ensure that all industrial requirements are integrated during product specification and project development.
  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure production capability and enhance product quality with Methods team. Manage all associated Process risks (PFMEA, control plan).
  • Specify and procure machinery, tools, and equipment required for manufacturing flow and processes with Facilities team.
  • Work closely with buyers to source, select and establish contracts with adequate suppliers.
  • Work with quality teams to establish and maintain quality standards for manufacturing processes including at supplier level.
  • Implement Process Structures (Manufacturing Dossier) in all information systems (PLM, ERP).
  • Define and implement production flows and layout to ensure production capacity to meet customer demands and production SQDCP targets (VSM, workstations, ergonomic, security…).
  • Collaborate with Production teams to manage product changes and optimize production planning, material flow and inventory management.
  • Manage industrial budget and product cost.
  • Provide technical support once in production. Identify opportunities to improve overall production efficiency.

Preferred Experience 💁‍♀️

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or technical fields (mechanics, electronics, robotics, fluidics…).
  • Proven experience in driving Industrial Projects from Design to Production in technical fields.
  • Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, electronics, robotics and/or fluidics.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with PLM and ERP tools.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools is a plus.
  • Upper intermediate technical level in English and French (B2 as a minimum).
