In order to support our fast growth, we are looking for our future HR Manager.
Reporting to the VP Human Resources, your main responsibilities will be to:
📌 Act as the interface regarding all HR issues for our teams based in Toulouse
📌 Organize the employees administrative onboarding and offboarding (documents, online accounts, workstations, occupational medicine, insurances, etc.),
📌 Organize and update employees’ internal database (new hires, exits, etc.),
📌 Respond to HR employees’ requests and prepare HR documents (work agreements, certificates, etc.),
📌 Participate in the payroll preparation,
📌 Participate in various HR and Office management projects.
Preferred Experience 💁♀️
You have a successful professional experience in HR administration (between 5 and 10 years), you are familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and you have a good level of English (read, spoken and written).
You are able to work with a minimum of supervision, in a agile way, you are naturally enthusiastic, dynamic and rigorous. In addition to being organized, you know how to prioritize your tasks, you are detail-oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
