Global Equity Administration Manager

The Global Equity Administration Manager of the Governance team within Astroscale Holdings (“ASHD”) Office of the CFO (“OCFO”) will work directly with the VP of Governance and the Global CFO to lead all workstreams pertaining to share administration of ASHD. Candidates should be prepared to work in a high-intensity global environment to support the requirements of ASHD being the ultimate listed parent company of a global organization spanning 5 countries. This position will allow candidates to gain exposure to one of the core finance functions of an industry-leading company in the global space sector and work closely with the senior management. This role will have a chance to form and lead a new team. “Promotion to Director, enhance team”

Responsibilities

 

• Drive workstreams related to share administration.
• Update the shareholders records
• Support issuance of shares
• Ensure appropriate share certificates/forms are drafted
• Guide legal procedures of capital increase
• Arrange printing and delivering documents related to shareholders meeting
• Collaborate with external service providers for timely processing of securities transactions, including legal registration.
• Lead operations pertaining to managing of employee stock options.
• Support VP of Governance and the Global CFO on related matters as required.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in share administration or related disciplines
• Expertise in securities transactional matters
• Experience of admin/legal/governance team in listed companies
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Native Japanese speaker
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (TOEIC 800+)
• Working flexibly and proactively in a fast moving environment

Desirable skills

 

• Law degree
• Expertise in corporate governance issues or securities compliance
• Manager experience
