CAD Designer” CATIA V5-ENOVIA

In the frame of Mechanical, Thermal and Propulsion Engineering Department, we are looking for a the candidate CAD Designer” CATIA V5-ENOVIA, the candidate will have the following main tasks:

• Structure & Mechanism design, 3D CAD modelling and sizing as support of the Project Eng.

• Spacecraft configuration layout studies through CAD as support to Configuration Responsible

• 3D modelling of the harness layout

• 2D drawings related to previous bullets (including harnesses implementation masks)

• BOM preparation and management

• Technical management of the assigned developments

Product tree(s) preparation and management (for own activities and as tool specialist in support of and validation of the CAD Group P.T. preparation needs)CAD Designer” CATIA V5-ENOVIA

High school degree relevant to Mechanical or similar background (acceptable as minimum level but fulfilling all major points here below listed).

Experience and skills

The resource shall have a minimum of two years specific experience in the role of CAD specialist as configuration designer, mechanical and electrical routing modelling. In this frame the knowledge of satellite configuration at system level is a major plus.

Capability to autonomously understand and comment for using in electrical harness routing and or RF patterns definition/documentation:

• electrical input (schematics, wiring list, etc…)

• electrical miscellanea parts description

• RF parts/connections descript

• knowledge of a PDM (ENOVIA preferred)

• parts/assemblies tolerances management and measurement means

• Parts list creation and management

• Product Tree generation and management (including using of dedicated tools)

• Experience in managing generic items lists and relevant filtering in MS Excel

• Experienced (good) knowledge of Microsoft Office.
