Export Control Laws

Unless explicitly notified otherwise,  our vacancies are covered by Export Control Laws which require candidates to be from an "Export Safe" Country as deemed by the Japanese Government. ＜職務内容/役割・責任＞

衛星の熱設計・熱解析 

• 衛星各部を許容温度範囲に維持するべく、受動及び能動熱制御の組み合わせを最適化する。熱制御の性能の他、重量・コスト、および製造性を考慮した設計を行う。 
• 熱計装設計、及び衛星への実装設計を行う。 
• 衛星熱数学モデルを作成し、解析的に衛星温度分布及びヒータ電力の予測を行う。また、熱平衡試験結果を用い、熱数学モデルの精度向上を行う。  
• 衛星システム、及び各サブシステム間の熱インタフェースを調整する。  

衛星の熱試験  

• 熱制御サブシステムの製造、組立および検証計画の立案を行う 
• 熱平衡・熱真空試験の試験計画書・手順書を作成する。技術担当として試験に立会い評価を行う。 
• 製造部門とともに、熱試験の試験系および試験冶具の設計および整備を行う。 

開発マネジメント  

• 熱制御サブシステムの開発計画を策定し、遂行する 
• 開発スケジュールおよびコストの計画立案・管理を行う。 
• 熱計装部品製造業者、外注業者との折衝を担当する 

報告  

• 熱設計解析、試験、開発マネジメントそれぞれについて、適時グループマネージャー、プロジェクトマネージャーに進捗、結果を報告する。  
  
  

<必須条件> 

• 伝導及び放射による熱伝達に関し基本的な知識を有すること  
• 熱設計・熱解析・熱試験の経験があること （宇宙業界での経験は問わない） 
• TOEIC 700以上  

<望ましい条件> 

• 熱解析ソフトウェアThermal Desktopを使用できること。  
• 軌道力学の基礎知識  
  
  

＜Key Activity/Role and Responsibility>

Thermal design and analysis of satellites  

• Optimize the combination of passive and active thermal control methods to maintain satellite components within acceptable temperature range. Design for allowable mass, cost and manufacturability as well as thermal control performance.  
• Perform thermal instrumentation design and satellite integration design.  
• Develop a satellite thermal mathematical model to analytically predict satellite temperature distribution and heater power. Also, use thermal balance test results to improve the accuracy of the thermal mathematical model.   
• Co-ordinate the thermal interface between the satellite system and the individual subsystems.  

Thermal testing of satellites 

• Develop a manufacturing, assembly and verification plan for the thermal control subsystems.  
• Prepare test plans and procedures for thermal balance and thermal vacuum tests. Attend and evaluate the tests as the responsible engineer.  
• Together with the Production Group, design and maintain the test systems and jigs for thermal tests.  

Development management   

• Establish development plans for thermal control subsystems.  
• Plan and manage development schedules and costs.  
• Negotiate with thermal hardware manufacturers and subcontractors.

Reporting  

• Report progress and results of thermal design analysis, testing and development management respectively to the group manager/director and the project manager in a timely manner. 
  
  

<Mandatory> 

• Basic knowledge of heat transfer by conduction and radiation.   
• Experience in thermal design, thermal analysis and thermal testing (experience in the space industry is not required).  
• TOEIC 700 or above  

 

<Desirable> 

• Ability to use the thermal analysis software Thermal Desktop.   
• Basic knowledge of orbital mechanics.
