Export Control Laws

<職務内容　活動/役割・責任>

機械システムチームの主な窓口として、チームリーダーとともに衛星の機械システムの設計および開発作業を実施および監督

・初期構造アーキテクチャとレイアウトスタディの実行 

・初期サイジング解析(構造、推進力、ペイロード、および関連コンポーネントを含む)の実行 

・コストや質量などのシステム要件、製造・組立・運用性を考慮した機械設計を行い、他チームと連携して最適なシステムソリューションを実現  

・衛星の要件への適合性を実証する構造開発および検証計画と手順(機械的試験、測定、アライメント計画の開発を含む)を準備

・必要に応じて、打上げサービスプロバイダーと協力して、 機械的(振動的および熱的)環境仕様を作成し、レイアウトエンベロープ分析、MoI分析を実施 

・サーマルチームと協力し、サーマルデザインのコンセプトを衛星設計に組み込み 

・包括的な宇宙船組立図の作成や宇宙船の質量特性の管理など、システムの機械的統合と環境試験をサポート 

・チームリーダー、グループマネージャー、プロジェクトマネージャーにタイムリーな進捗報告を提供

<必須> 

機械環境(準静的荷重、振動、音響、衝撃など)の理解 、熱環境、構造/熱設計における実証済みの経験 

この分野での5年以上の経験。※宇宙産業である必要はありません。 

機械製品の開発サイクル経験(設計、解析、検証)が少なくとも1回あること 

合金、布地、樹脂、複合材料など、さまざまな構造材料を使用したソリューションの開発と設計の経験 

プロジェクトチームで密接かつ協力して、ミッションとプロジェクト全体の要件と目的を達成する製品を作成した経験 

CADモデリングツールを使用して3D設計とレイアウトを生成する機能 

チーム環境で協力的かつ協力的に働く能力 

自分の仕事を管理する能力と、確立されたプロジェクトの予算とスケジュール内で作業パッケージを提供する責任 

<望ましい> 

英語能力 TOEIC 750点以上 

構造設計関連の分野または分野での8 +年の経験 

有限要素解析ツールまたはサーマルデスクトップを使用して設計解析を実行する機能 

<key activities / role and responsibilities>

As a main point of contact of Mechanical system team, perform and oversee the mechanical system design and development work for the satellite with the team leader 

Perform initial structural architecture and layout studies 

Perform initial sizing analysis (including structure, propulsion, payload and any related components.) 

Conduct mechanical design considering cost, mass, and other system requirements, as well as manufacturing, assembly, and operability, and collaborate with other teams to achieve optimal system solutions 

Prepare structural development and verification plans and procedures that demonstrate conformance to Astroscale spacecraft requirements, including mechanical testing, measurement, and alignment plan development 

Work with the launch service provider, as required, to develop mechanical (vibrational and thermal) environmental specification, and conduct layout envelope analysis, MoI analysis. 

Work with thermal team to include thermal design concept to satellite design. 

Support mechanical integration and environmental testing of systems, including preparation of comprehensive spacecraft assembly drawings and management of spacecraft mass properties 

Provide timely progress reports to the Team Leader, Group Manager, and Project Manager 

<Mandatory> 

Understanding of the mechanical environment (quasi-static loads, vibration, acoustics, shock, etc.) , thermal environment and proven experience in structural/thermal design 

At least 5 years of experience in the field, not necessary to be space industry. 

At least one development cycle experience (design, analysis, and verification) of mechanical product 

Experience working on and designing solutions with a variety of structural materials, including alloys, fabrics, resin and composites 

Experience working closely and collaboratively in a project team to create a product that achieves the mission and overall project requirements and objectives 

Ability to use CAD modeling tools to generate 3D designs and layouts 

Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment 

Ability to manage own work and responsibility for delivering work packages within established project budgets and schedules 

<Desirable> 

English proficiency TOEIC 750 or higher 

8+ years of experience in a structural design related field or discipline 

Ability to perform design analysis using finite element analysis tools or thermal desktop
